Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have always been known for my chocolate chip cookies but I would use my grandma’s recipe. There was something so special about using my grandma’s recipe but when people would say “this is your recipe?” I felt that I was cheating. Therefore, during COVID when we were all locked up in our houses, I developed Kate’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies. After much trial and error I created the best formulated cookie, with the perfect thickness and softness (aka everything I love about a cookie). Guaranteed if you follow this recipe closely, you will have also found your favourite chocolate recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter (unsalted)

1 cup brown sugar

⅓ cup white sugar

½ tablespoon vanilla (or use your heart)

2 eggs (room temperature)

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

¾ tsp salt

1 cup chocolate chips
